Albert Cooper – Paralegal – Family Law

About Me

Albert Cooper is a Certified Paralegal with the family law department, serving at Oxner Legha, PLLC.  Albert brings over 22 years of experience in assisting clients in the areas of complex divorces, child custody and visitation matters, child support, and spousal support cases.  Albert has utilized his expertise and skills in working with clients from the commencement of the action, during the document discovery and production stages, coordinating legal matters and dates with clients and attorneys, as well as providing support and assistance to our clients at every other facet of their case. 

Albert’s passion for family law stems from the ability to assist clients through what can be the most difficult time in their lives.  With a warm personality and ability to multi-task, Albert lessens the stress of the process for his clients their case is placed in his very capable hands.  Albert is a Texas native and lives in Cypress, Texas with his wonderful wife Andrea and their son Archer.  Albert enjoys camping, spending time with his furry children, working out, martial arts, working on cars, baseball, spending time with his family, and exploring the beauty this world has to offer. 

Albert’s academic accomplishments include a degree in Bachelor of Science, Psychology from the University of Texas Pan American, a Paralegal Certificate, and is also a credentialed civil and family law mediator.  Albert is also a proud member of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Association, staying current with the evolving legal landscape.
