How much does a consultation cost?

We charge a flat rate fee of $800 to file an LLC so that you’re never surprised with additional fees. This includes all filing costs and paperwork that will be required to file an LLC. More about our Business Law Services

How long does it take to File an LLC in Texas?

We’ll file your LLC with the Texas Secretary of State the same day you provide us with the information.  Typically, the state takes up to 48 hours to respond, so the entire process should take three business days.

How long do I have to probate a will after a death?

How does paying for probate work?

The estate of the person who passed will pay for probate, but since the estate is often inaccessible, the executor/executrix of the estate will often pay the upfront costs and be reimbursed by the estate. Who is an Executor?

Why would I need Letters of Testamentary?

How long will a consultation take?

Typically, a consultation is one hour, but sometimes the consultations last longer. At Oxner Legha, you will never be charged more if the consultation goes longer.
